Matherne’s on Third is a 5-minute walk from the Residences at Rivermark and has all you need to make a delicious home-cooked meal. Another great grocery option is the Red Stick Farmers Market which is only a few blocks away and is open every Saturday from 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. 

According to their website, “Red Stick Farmers Market has over 50 member farmers with a variety of locally grown products including fresh fruits and vegetables, meats, seafood, artisan breads, homemade pies, honey, milk and cheese, native plants, herbs, and specialty food items.” So whether you want to stock up on fresh, locally grown produce at the farmer’s market or want to grab some last-minute goodies at Matherne’s, downtown’s grocery scene has you covered.

Banking: 

Need to deposit a check? Withdrawal cash? Chase Bank is right here on the property! In fact, there is also a Chase Mortgage within the building and a Chase ATM right outside. This makes it convenient for all your banking and financial needs. Not a Chase user? There are countless banks nearby, including b1Bank, Regions, First Horizon Bank, Hancock Whitney, and many more. 

Health and Wellness:

Prescriptions to Geaux offers a wide selection of over-the-counter medicines, prescription refills, vitamins and supplements, FREE local delivery, and is only 2 blocks away from the Residences and Rivermark. You can’t get much better than that!

Need a self-care day? Regal Nails and Spa is the perfect destination for all things pampering. Located only 4 blocks away from your home at the Residences at Rivermark, this location is well within walking or biking distance!

Exercise: 

The Residences at Rivermark has a partnership with the local YMCA in Downtown Baton Rouge that includes a discounted membership for residents at the Rivermark Centre. Nearby, there is a NardFit, and even the Happy’s Running Club that happens every Tuesday and is a great way to see all that Baton Rouge has to offer while staying in shape! 

The Outdoors: 

Want to enjoy the nice, warm weather while enjoying breathtaking riverfront views? When you’re not looking at the gorgeous horizon from the luxury of your on-suite balcony, enjoying the serenity of the rooftop pool, or playing fetch with your furry friend at our on-site dog park, a short walk away sits the Levee walking path, the North Blvd. Town Square, the State Capital Park and many more
